We use the Royal Mail to make our deliveries with a normal service taking 3-5 days to complete. For international customers delivery takes approximately one week from date of despatch.

We use the Royal Mail 1st Class to make our deliveries with a normal service usually taking 1-2 days. For international customers delivery takes approximately 7 – 10 days from date of dispatch. Back Orders

If your order is not in stock, or temporarily unavailable we will send you an email giving you the option of waiting for the item on back order, or to cancel with a full refund with no obligations.

Returns

We are happy to make an exchange or issue a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be returned in new condition (unworn and unwashed) and must include a copy of the invoice. Please include a note with a reason for the return and instructions regarding whether an exchange or a refund is desired. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and therefore non-refundable unless we have shipped the wrong item or the item is faulty. If your purchase was damaged during shipping please contact Buzzstuff ASAP.
